How long does an epoxy garage floor take to install?
Most residential garages take 1 to 2 days depending on size and slab condition. You can walk on the floor in 24 hours, move items back at 48, and park at 72. Full chemical cure takes about 7 days.
What makes your floors last when others peel?
Preparation and the right materials. We diamond grind every floor, repair every crack and joint, and on our Climb and Summit systems we install a moisture vapor barrier primer, which is the industry standard for stopping slab moisture, the number one cause of coating failure.
Epoxy or polyaspartic: which is better?
We use both where each is strongest. Epoxy builds thickness and bonds deep; polyaspartic is 100% UV resistant and never yellows in the Texas sun. Most of our systems pair an epoxy or polyaspartic base with a polyaspartic topcoat for the best of both.
Do you coat patios, shops, and commercial floors?
Yes. Garages, patios, pool decks, barns, warehouses, showrooms, and commercial kitchens. If it’s concrete in Texas, we coat it.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our workmanship and the adhesion of the system for as long as you own your home. If the floor we built fails, we make it right. Full terms are provided in writing with every agreement.
